When we first began exploring the concept of a vineyard in southern Oregon back in 2001, we were absolute novices. While it sounds incredibly trite, we knew we loved wine and the thought of making our own wine seemed so “romantic.”
We are a family operated vineyard and winery located in the Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon. Our four generation wine making family has been working since 2001 to make wines from the 20 varietals we have planted on our estate.
Troon Vineyard is the world’s only Demeter Biodynamic and Regenerative Organic Gold Certified winery and farm. Life on our farm includes cider apples, a vegetable garden, hay fields, re-wilded honeybees, sheep, chickens, wildlife, dogs, humans and, of course, grapevines.
As one of the first wineries in Oregon, Valley View helped create the Oregonian wine scene from its very origin.
We’re Jake & Jenny and our very own Wanderlust started together in 2015 when we met each other for the first time in Santa Cruz, Ca. We fell madly in love and started our journey through life together and our road leading us here to Southern Oregon to open Wanderlust Vineyard.
Come see us for a tasting of our hand-crafted wines, and artisan cheeses. Linger awhile, take a walk in the estate vineyard, and experience all that is Wooldridge Creek. Our tasting room is open daily from 11am to 5pm.
It's all about wine and grapes for us, but not just any wine and grapes. Our passion is wine from grapes we know were grown naturally, managed responsibly, and minimally crafted. So, we decided to do it ourselves.
We invite you to visit our three tasting rooms: the delightful “Treeloon” Treehouse in O’Brien, the renowned Big Red Barn in the Applegate Valley, and our Coastal Tasting Room in Brookings. Each location provides a stunning view of Southern Oregon’s beautiful landscapes, infused with the warmth of our Italian heritage.
Our family farm is nestled between the conifer-covered hillsides of southern Oregon’s pristine Rogue Valley, within walking distance of seven wineries along the Applegate Wine Trail.
