We do not currently set custom advertising or tracking cookies through the Site itself. Some third-party features used on the Site (described below) may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

E. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that signals to websites that you do not wish to have your online activity tracked. There is currently no industry-standard process for responding to DNT signals, and the Site does not respond to them at this time. We handle information as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy regardless of whether a DNT signal is received.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Site;

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information collected through the Site with affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, or parent companies for their independent marketing purposes. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics, who are authorized to use the information only as necessary to provide those services.
  • Third-party widgets: information you submit through embedded third-party features may be transmitted to and stored by those third parties, subject to their own policies.
  • Legal and safety: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of users or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Newsletter and Email Opt-Out

If you subscribe to our newsletter and later wish to stop receiving marketing emails, you may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link contained in any newsletter email, or by contacting us using the information provided at the end of this Policy. We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.

We may continue to send you transactional or account-related communications (such as billing notices to merchants) even after you opt out of marketing emails.

5. Data Security

The Site is served over a secure connection using SSL/TLS encryption to protect information in transit. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Merchant account information is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping and legal compliance.

7. Links to Other Sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including merchant and winery websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

The Site is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will delete it.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. You may submit a verifiable request by contacting us using the information below.

Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level or quality of service because you exercised these rights.
